New level, new movement mechanic and other things


Added a new movement mechanic. It looks kinda like slow mo/bullet time but what it actually does is just locks your velocity to 30% of your velocity when you activated the velocity lock. This is really helpful for lining up shots. However because the only thing slowing down is you. The enemies have an even easier time hitting you than usual. So if you use it for too long or too much you will die. I came up with this because I wanted and "air brake/pause" ability.

Added a new very "vertical" level. The name and gameplay aren't final. The level feels a bit too relaxed but that might be fine. The health orb  now randomly teleports around after you use it a certain amount of times(varies by level)

Dark room now also has teleporting health

The settings menu now has an option to adjust the physics tick rate(labeled physics FPS). Higher tick rates lead to the game feeling smoother however if your CPU can't handle the tick rate the game's frame rate will pretty much implode.
